Student Scholarships NYSIR makes available to its SUBSCRIBER DISTRICTS three scholarships for college-bound seniors: the Cristin Bambino and Paul Jensen Memorial Scholarships, as well as the new Joseph Goncalves Student Humanitarian Scholarship.
